Integrated Research Center for Genome Polymorphism VIEW LIST

The center aims to contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of incurable diseases based on Copy Number Polymorphism (CNP) research, establish a Korean CNP map database, and develop biomarkers for early diagnosis and therapeutic targets for four incurable diseases including metabolic disorders, certain forms of cancer, auto-immune diseases, and autism. We will provide new alternatives in the translational medicine field via the active connection of identified genetic markers and therapeutic skills to the clinical field, establish an infrastructure for the provision of specialized tailored health services to the patients, and fulfill our role as a central lab of the Korea CNP research field by representing Korea at the international CNP consortium
