Student ID Card Use

  • 1. Issuance of student ID cards

    A. Student ID cards (Woori Bank ID cards) can be applied through our WON Banking

    downloaded from the Play Store or the App Store.

    B. The application period and method are announced on the graduate school homepage,

    and you should prepare your face photo jpg file, your resident registration card or driver's license in advance.

    C. The student ID card is required when using the library, restaurant, or checking the attendance

    of a joint lecture class.

  • 2. Uses of the student ID card

    A. Use of libraries: Student ID cards can be used at libraries without separate registration.

    B. Use of cafeterias: After receiving your student ID card, register your card at the

    Nutritionist’s Office in the cafeteria. Funds for food purchases can be added to your card

    by using the machine at the cafeteria entrance.

    C. Use as a debit card: To use your student ID as a debit card, please visit the Woori Bank

    branch on level B1 of the Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital.

    D. Students must present their student ID to attend Department of Medicine joint lectures and

    Department of Medical Sciences Biomedical Sciences seminar classes.

  • 3. Additional notices

    Students may not lend their student IDs to any other person. Lost student IDs must be

    reissued at the Woori Bank branch on level B1 of the Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital. Students will

    be held liable for any damages resulting from the lending of their student ID to another person.
