The Graduate School of Public Health was opened in 1991, with the approval of the Ministry of Education for the purpose of educating Public health professionals on the basis of pragmatistic view point as well as on a larger scale through its MPH(Public Health) program.
The role of workers in contributing to the prosperity of the nation and the development of industries is considered highly valuable, and herein lies the importance of maintaining and improving the health of workers from the national, religious and scientific point of view. The School is ready to train health personnels to fulfil this important task.
Since the School produced first 43 graduates in 1993, 1214 students have already completed their studies at this School.
