The department conducts research into basic pharmacokinetic characterization, including the absorption, distribution, and the metabolization of drugs in healthy groups and various patient groups; into pharmaco-genomics to elucidate the influence of genetic factors on the pharmaco-kinetic profile; and into pharmaco-dynamics to identify the pathological and molecular biological mechanisms of diseases based on studies of drugs cell physiological and molecular biological mechanism. Notably, our research in the areas of neuro-pharmacology and pharmaco-genomics has led to major achievements whose results have been published in prestigious scientific journals at home and abroad.
