As a cradle whose aim is to foster professional health care providers capable of contributing to society in the spirit of truth, love and service, the Medical Library of the Catholic University is committed to supporting the research activities of faculties and students alike through the collection, organization and conservation of domestic and foreign reference materials, and to becoming one of the leading medical school libraries.

We expanded the size of the study room and convenient utilization, and created a more comfortable and agreeable atmosphere by implementing new systems such as E-library, installing 900 study seats, and opening a 24-hour reading room in Songeui Hall.

Currently, our library holds over 120,000 books (including journals in the bindery), over 1,400 domestic and foreign academic journals, and a diverse range of online database and multimedia references. In particular, we are very proud of our state-of-the-art system, which is outstanding among domestic medical school libraries, providing more than 9,000 electronic journals on-line. We also do our best to secure in-depth reference materials through a network of prestigious domestic and foreign medical school libraries.
